July Weather

The RBHS has so many topic files, neatly arranged for easy searching, but what about the topic of weather? Was there ever a year like this one when the summer heat arrived early and stayed around? Were records set back in the early days of the community development? Or going back even further into our history, what about the hot days of summer in the town of Bernardo? Picnics by the river were a big social event. Yes, we need more weather information.
